摘  要:纳米水化硅酸钙(纳米C-S-H)是一种以有机聚合物作为分散剂合成的新型早强纳米复合材料,可加快水泥水化速率,提高水泥早期强度。将纳米C-S-H掺入水泥浆体中,通过抗压、抗折强度测试,结合XRD、DTG和SEM分析纳米C-S-H掺量对水泥的水化过程和性能的影响规律。结果表明,随着纳米C-S-H掺量的增加,早期水泥水化速度和抗压、抗折强度显著提高;掺纳米C-S-H能够促进水化硅酸钙凝胶的形成,加快水泥早期水化反应,提高水泥早期强度,后期强度也略有提高。Nano hydrated calcium silicate(Nano C-S-H)is a new type of early-strength nanocomposite material with organic polymer as a dispersant,which can accelerate the hydration rate of cement,and improve the early strength of cement.The effects of Nano-C-S-H on the hydration process and properties of cement were studied by combining XRD,DTG and SEM analysis by combining compressive and flexural strength tests,and the results showed that with the increase of Nano-C-S-H content,the early cement hydration rate,compressive and flexural strength were significantly improved.Adding Nano C-S-H can promote the formation of hydrated calcium silicate gel,accelerate the early hydration reaction of cement,improve the early strength of cement,and slightly improve the late strength.
