摘　　要：综述了污泥处理和建材化利用技术的最新研究进展。总结了污泥的成分特征,介绍了水分、有机质、病原体和重金属离子等不同组分的处置方法;并从化学组分分析污泥建材化利用的可行性,着重介绍了污泥在胶凝材料、烧结砖、烧结陶粒、微晶玻璃、固化土等建材制品利用的研究进展,对比分析不同建材化利用方式的污泥类型、掺杂量、配料等,归纳不同建材化利用方式的优缺点和消纳潜力;最后针对当前污泥建材化应用的研究和应用特点,提出污泥建材化利用需要重视有害组分的便捷处置和污泥前端利用,为更加深入地探索和研究污泥的建材化处置和利用提供了参考。In this paper,the latest research progress of treatment and utilization technology of municipal sewage sludge in building material is reviewed.Firstly,the component characteristics of sludge were summarized,the disposal methods of different components such as water,organic matter,pathogens and heavy metal ions were introduced.The possibilities of sludge based building material was analyzed from its chemical composition components,and the research progress of sludge in the fields of cementitious materials,sintered brick,sintered ceramsite,glass-ceramics,solidified soil and other building materials was emphatically introduced.The advantages,disadvantages,and consumption potential of different building material utilization methods were compared and analyzed.Finally,based on the current research and application characteristics of sludge based building materials,it is proposed that the utilization of sludge should pay attention to the convenient disposal of harmful components and the front-end utilization of sludge,which provided a reference for further exploration and research of sludge building materials disposal and utilization.
