铁尾矿渣和粉煤灰等胶凝材料水化反应诱导机制实验与机理分析

摘　　要：以铁尾矿渣、粉煤灰、氧化钙和水泥为原料制备胶凝材料,对胶凝材料水化反应的诱导机制进行分析。结果表明,水化产物随着水化反应时间延长而不断增加,且在水化反应的不同阶段产物不同:铁尾矿作胶凝材料的水化产物为水化硅酸钙、钙矾石和氢氧化钙;白云石作胶凝材料的水化产物为碳酸钙;石英石作胶凝材料的水化产物为碳酸钙、氢氧化钙和斜方钙沸石;蛇纹石作胶凝材料的水化产物为碳酸钙、氢氧化钙和单硅酸铝盐。水化产物的粘结、填充作用使材料的强度不断提高。其中蛇纹石胶凝材料的强度最高,铁尾矿胶凝材料的强度最低。The cementitious materials were prepared from iron tailings slag,fly ash,calcium oxide and cement,and the solidified materials were characterized and analyzed by various characterization methods such as compressive strength test,X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and infrared spectroscopy(IR).The hydration product of dolomite as a cementitious material is calcium carbonate;The hydration products of quartz stone as cementitious materials are calcium carbonate,calcium hydroxide and orthorhombic calcium zeolite;The hydration products of serpentine as cementitious materials are calcium carbonate,calcium hydroxide and aluminum monosilicate salt.The bonding and filling of hydration products make the strength of the material continue to increase.Among them,serpentine cementitious material has the highest strength,and quartz cementitious material has the worst strength.
