数字化转型背景下企业财务风险管理优化研究——以B公司为例

摘　　要：随着以大数据、人工智能、云计算为代表的各种新型技术和创新思维的广泛应用,数字化转型已成为企业适应新时代的一种生存需要。本文在分析数字化转型对制药公司财务风险管理产生影响的基础上,以B制药公司为例,分析其财务风险管控现状和存在的问题,并以数字化转型为背景,提出针对B制药公司财务风险管控的优化建议和制药公司的一般性建议:建立横纵贯通的全面预算管理体系,推进数字化动态调整;构建集约与动态的管理模式,强化信息化协同监管;加强数字化风险管控,实现风险自动化预警。With the widespread application of various new technologies and innovative thinking represented by big data,AI and cloud computing,digital transformation has become a survival need for enterprise to adapt to the new era.Based on the analysis of the impact of digital transformation on the financial risk management of pharmaceutical companies,this article takes B Pharmaceutical Company as an example to analyze its current situation and existing problems in financial risk control,and in the context of digital transformation,optimization suggestions for financial risk management of B Pharmaceutical Company and general recommendations for pharmaceutical companies are proposed,including establishing a comprehensive budget management system that is vertically and horizontally interconnected,building an intensive and dynamic management model to strengthen information-based collaborative supervision,strengthening digital risk management and control to realize automated risk warning.
