摘 要:通过研究不同发育阶段马尾松半同胞子代测定林的遗传变异规律,优选优良家系和个体进行生产实践推广。选择福建上杭白砂国有林场营建的马尾松半同胞子代试验林为对象,在试验林生长达到15 a,21 a时,对65个家系及2个对照处理的试验林胸径、树高、材积等生长性状进行调查测定,分析不同发育阶段马尾松不同家系的遗传变异参数,结合布雷金综合评定法筛选出优良家系和单株个体。不同发育阶段马尾松半同胞子代测定林树高、胸径和材积变异系数的范围为14.01%~56.27%,其中21 a材积的变异系数最大,表现出高度的遗传变异性。15 a马尾松半同胞子代测定林的生长性状家系遗传力低于21 a,15 a马尾松半同胞子代测定林的家系遗传力在中等以下水平,21 a马尾松半同胞子代测定林的家系遗传力在中等以上水平。利用布雷金综合评定法选出15 a,21 a马尾松优良家系共7个,并且筛选出优良单株35个,其中22,37号家系在不同发育阶段均表现出稳定遗传的优良生长性状,适宜作为遗传改良材料。不同发育阶段马尾松子代测定林的优选家系及个体存在显著差异,从中龄林到近成熟林遗传性状更丰富,可作为马尾松遗传改良的优质育种材料。To study the genetic variation of half sib progeny of Pinus massoniana at different developmental stages,and to select excellent families and individuals for production practice,a half-sib progeny test forest of P.massoniana built in Baisha State-owned forest Farm in Shanghang,Fujian Province was selected as the target.When the growth of the test forest reached 15 a and 21 a,65 families and 2 control trees were investigated and measured,and the genetic variation parameters of different families of P.massoniana at different developmental stages were analyzed.Breckin comprehensive evaluation method was used to screen out excellent families and individual plants.The coefficient of variation of tree height,diameter at breast height and volume measured by half sibs of P.massoniana at different developmental stages ranged from 14.01% to 56.27%,and the coefficient of variation of volume 21 a was the largest,showing high genetic variability.The family heritability of growth traits of 15 a P.massoniana half-sib progeny test forest was lower than that of 21 a P.massoniana half-sib progeny test forest.The heritability of the 15 a P.massoniana half-sib progeny test forest family was below the middle level,and the heritability of the 21 a P.massoniana half-sib progeny test forest family was above the middle level.A total of 7 excellent families of P.massoniana 15 a and 21 a were selected by Breggin comprehensive evaluation method,and 35 excellent single strains were selected.Among them,family No.22 and 37 showed stable and excellent growth traits at different developmental stages,which was suitable for genetic improvement.There were significant differences in the preferred families and individuals of the progeny of P.massoniana at different developmental stages,and the genetic traits were more abundant from the middle-aged forest to the near mature forest,which could be used as high-quality breeding materials for genetic improvement of P.massoniana.
