摘  要:大中型灌区的受涝情况直接影响着粮食生产,关系到粮食的安全。以揭阳市三洲榕南灌区为例,通过涝片划分和各片涝灾程度分析,探讨闸门自排和泵站强排2种不同情形下的排涝需求。结果表明:1)揭阳市三洲榕南灌区大部分为农田低洼处,洪、潮、涝害频繁,目前已有的梅溪泵站和新溪泵站远未达到10年一遇的设计标准。2)三洲榕南灌区内的易涝区域可分为6个涝片,其受涝程度为:梅仙围涝区的厚洋涝片、田尾涝片、石头涝片和梅溪涝片的受涝程度均为重度,洪阳河涝区竹浦涝片和南溪围涝区南溪涝片的受涝程度均为中度;3)10年、20年和30年一遇情况下,三洲榕南灌区的闸门自排流量和泵站强排流量需分别达到390.15 m 3·s^(-1)和125.57 m 3·s^(-1)、478.40 m 3·s^(-1)和158.82 m 3·s^(-1)、598.38 m 3·s^(-1)以及207.35 m 3·s^(-1)。Waterlogging in large and medium-sized irrigation areas directly impacts food production and is closely linked to food security.This study uses the Rongnan Irrigation District in Sanzhou,Jieyang City,as a case study to evaluate drainage requirements under two scenarios:natural discharge through gates and forced discharge via pumping stations.The analysis includes the division of waterlogging zones and an assessment of waterlogging severity in each area.The findings reveal,1)most of the Sanzhou Rongnan Irrigation District in Jieyang City is low-lying farmland,with frequent floods,tides,and waterlogging damage.The existing Meixi and Xinxi pumping stations have not yet reached the design standards of a 10-year return period.2)The flood prone areas in the Sanzhou Rongnan Irrigation Area can be divided into 6 flood prone areas,with the following degree of flooding:the thick ocean flood prone areas,Tianwei flood prone areas,Shitou flood prone areas,and Meixi flood prone areas in the Meixian Weishui area are all heavily flooded,while the Zhupu flood prone areas in the Hongyang River flood prone area and the Nanxi flood prone areas in the Nanxi Weishui area are all moderately flooded.3)Under the conditions of 10-year,20-year and 30-year return periods,the self discharge flow of gates and the strong discharge flow of pumping stations in the Sanzhou Rongnan Irrigation District need to reach 390.15 m 3·s^(-1) and 125.57 m 3·s^(-1),478.40 m 3·s^(-1) and 158.82 m 3·s^(-1),598.38 m 3·s^(-1) and 207.35 m 3·s^(-1),respectively.
