摘 要:目的了解深圳市宝安区医院伤害监测中道路交通伤害病例的分布特征及变化趋势,为宝安区道路交通伤害的预防和控制提供线索和依据。方法对2018—2023年深圳市宝安区某医院伤害监测收集的道路交通伤害病例进行描述性统计分析。结果2018—2023年医院伤害监测共收集18707例道路交通伤害病例,男性病例(11540例)多于女性病例(7167例),年龄多集中在30~44岁(6992例,37.4%),非机动车交通伤害病例(10218例,54.6%)多于机动车交通伤害病例(8489例,45.4%);伤害发生高发月份为5至8月,高发时段为7:00-8:00、11:00-12:00和17:00-20:00;道路交通伤害病例主要受伤部位为多部位(34.0%)、下肢(32.8%)和头部(13.5%);伤害性质主要以挫伤/擦伤(73.7%)为主,其次为锐器伤/开放伤(12.5%)和骨折(11.1%);道路交通伤害病例以轻度伤害为主,占76.0%,中度伤害占22.3%;88.4%病例经处理后好转离院。结论深圳市宝安区2018—2023年伤害监测道路交通伤害发生情况先下降后上升,非机动车交通伤害占比自2021年开始有上升趋势,有关部门应重视非机动车,特别是电动自行车驾驶人员的道路交通伤害预防控制问题。Objective To describe the distribution of road traffic injuries through hospital based Bao,an Injury Surveillance System,and to provide scientific basis for road traffic injury prevention.Methods Descriptive analysis was applied to display the characteristics of road traffic injuries from the injury surveillance hospital in the Bao,an District during 2018-2023.Results A total of 18707 road traffic injury cases were collected,with 11540 males and 7167 females.The majority of cases were in the 30-44 years old(6992 cases,37.4%).More non-motorized vehicle traffic injuries(10218 cases,54.6%)were observed than motorized vehicle traffic injuries(8489 cases,45.4%).The high-incidence months for injuries were from May to August,with peak times being 7:00-8:00 AM,11:00 AM-12:00 PM and 17:00-20:00 PM.The main body parts with injury were multiple sites(34.0%),lower limbs(32.8%),and head(13.5%).The nature of injuries was mainly bruise(73.7%),followed by cuts(12.5%)and fractures(11.1%).Road traffic injury cases that were minor accounted for 76.0%,moderate and severe injuries accounted for 22.3%.Among the injuries,88.4%were treated and could then go home immediately.Conclusion Road traffic injuries from the injury surveillance hospital in the Bao,an District,Shenzhen,showed a decreasing and then increasing trend from 2018 to 2023.The proportion of non-motor vehicle traffic injuries has been rising since 2021.Relevant departments should pay attention to the prevention and control of road traffic injuries for non-motor vehicle users,especially electric bicycle drivers.
