摘 要:为了践行国家环保政策,保障海洋石油在勘探开发过程中排放的生产废液达到国家排放标准,文章以自升式钻井平台为研究对象,结合钻井平台的实际情况,以进一步降低污染为目的,通过废弃钻井液和生活污水排放流程优化,污水处理设备加装沉淀、过滤模组,增设EPS压滤设备与钻井平台协同作业实现零排放。经过验证,新流程、设备排放的污水水质清澈,化学污染指标显著下降,COD月均排放浓度小于20 mg/L,符合GB 4914—2008《海洋石油勘探开发污染物排放浓度限值》的生产水排放浓度限值要求。研究成果可以为海洋石油绿色开发提供一定借鉴。In order to practice the national environmental protection policy,and ensure that wastewater produced from the process of exploration and development of offshore oil meets the national emission standards,jack-up drilling platform was studied in this paper.Combining with the actual situation of the drilling platform,in order to further reduce pollution and achieve zero discharge,the discharge process of the waste drilling fluid and domestic sewage was optimized,and sedimentation and filtration modules were installed in the sewage treatment equipment,and EPS filter equipment was added to work with the drilling platform.After a period of verification,the quality of the wastewater discharged from the new processes and equipment was clear.The chemical pollution index was significantly reduced.The emission concentration of average monthly COD was less than 20 mg/L,which met the limit requirements of emission concentration in GB 4914—2008“Effluent Limitation for Pollutants from Offshore Petroleum Exploration and Production”.The research results could provide some reference for green development of offshore oil.
