摘 要:通过对水基钻井岩屑(简称水基钻屑)的理化指标进行分析,确定水基钻井岩屑样品消解的关键点。针对水基钻井岩屑的成分特征对消解过程中氢氟酸破硅条件、氧化性酸匹配、消解时间和消解温度进行优化,形成一套低耗酸量、低温、快速消解水基钻井岩屑样品的方法。该方法测定Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Ni、Cr元素检出限为0.01~3.6 mg/kg,相对标准偏差为1.3%~8.6%,加标回收率为86.4%~104.6%。此方法可用于各类型的水基钻井岩屑及土壤中重金属的检测。By analyzing the physicochemical indicators of water-based drilling cuttings(referred to as water-based cuttings),this study identifies the key points for the digestion of water-based drilling cuttings samples.According to the composition characteristics of water-based cuttings,hydrofluoric acid breaking conditions,oxidizing acid matching,digestion time and digestion temperature were optimized,and a set of low acid consumption,low temperature and rapid digestion method for water-based cuttings was formed.The detection limits of Cu,Zn,Pb,Cd,Ni and Cr were 0.01-3.6 mg/kg,the relative standard deviation was 1.3%-8.6%,the recovery rate was 86.4%-104.6%.This method can be applied to the detection of heavy metals in various types of water-based cuttings and soil.
