摘 要:以最大限度地保证深埋油气管道安全运输为前提,将事前防范与事后抢修作为切入点,提出一种基于电磁技术的油气管道泄漏风险感知研究方法。运用电磁技术检测目标表面磁场信号,测算检测区域漏磁感应强度均值,锁定油气管道泄漏位置,且在不考虑监控阀闭合时管道流量减少的情况下,推算油气泄漏量,确定油气管道泄漏程度;把环境、气温等元素拟作感知标准划分风险等级,通过随机森林算法和袋外误差理论计算风险指标重要度,并利用支持向量机组建油气管道泄漏风险感知模型,引入模糊评价法求解模型,实现高精度风险感知目标。实验结果证实,所提方法可准确定位泄漏具体方位,风险感知精度高,具备极强的实用性。Based on the premise of ensuring the safe transportation of deep buried oil and gas pipelines to the greatest extent,taking pre prevention and post rush repair as an entry point,a research method for leakage risk perception of oil and gas pipelines based on electromagnetic technology was proposed.By electromagnetic technology,magnetic field signals of target surface were detected and the average value of induction intensity of magnetic leakage in the detection area was calculated,consequently locking the position of oil and gas pipeline leakage.And without considering the decrease in pipeline flow when the monitoring valve was closed,the amount of oil and gas leakage was calculated to determine the degree of oil and gas pipeline leakage.Elements such as environment and temperature were used as perception criteria to classify risk levels.The importance of risk indicators was calculated by random forest algorithm and out of pocket error theory.The risk perception model of oil and gas pipeline leakage was built with a support vector machine,and the fuzzy evaluation method was introduced to solve the model,achieving high-precision risk perception goals.The experimental results confirmed that the proposed method could accurately locate the specific direction of leakage,and had high risk perception accuracy and strong practicality.
