摘  要:生成式AI技术对图书出版业的商业模式、价值创造、从业生态和市场格局产生前所未有的影响,战略机遇和风险挑战前所未有,从业者需要主动学习和积极适应AI浪潮,增强跨界创新融合发展能力,打造敏捷组织,提升发展韧性。本文从编辑原则、出版流程来分析AI对图书出版行业带来阵痛与挑战,认为图书从业者应消除恐惧,主动学习和积极适应AI新时代;行业主管部门、协会和图书出版社一道努力,尽快建立AI时代图书出版的“游戏规则”。要促进图书出版人机协作,避免过度依赖AI的风险,让人类智慧和AI工具实现优势互补,追求更高质量的发展。Generative AI technology has an unprecedented impact on the business model,value creation,employment ecology and market pattern of the book publishing industry,and unprecedented strategic opportunities and risk challenges.Practitioners need to actively learn and adapt to the AI wave,enhance the ability of cross-border innovation and integration development,build agile organizations,and enhance development resilience.This paper analyzes the pains and challenges brought by AI to the book publishing industry from the perspective of editorial principles and publishing process,and argues that book practitioners should eliminate their fears,actively learn and adapt to the new era of AI.Industry authorities,associations and book publishers work together to establish the“rules of the game”for book publishing in the AI era as soon as possible,in addition,to promote human-machine collaboration in book publishing,avoid the risk of over-reliance on AI,so that human wisdom and AI tools complement each other,and pursue higher quality development.
