摘  要:针对伊犁河谷复播大豆产量和播种质量不高、高性能免耕复播大豆播种机械应用不足等问题,在伊犁州察布查尔锡伯自治县开展麦后免耕复播大豆机械化技术应用试验。该技术在小麦收获后不进行翻耕整地,采用免耕精量播种机一次性完成破土开沟、残茬清理、单粒播种、覆土镇压、铺滴灌带等作业。田间试验结果表明:麦后免耕复播大豆机械化技术在节省常规种植模式机械翻耕费用50元/667m2的同时可实现抢时1~2 d播种,增加复播大豆光热资源有效利用时间,复播大豆产量提高8.84 kg/667m2。技术模式可复制可推广,为伊犁州直复播大豆种植县市实现冬小麦收获后抢时播种提供了技术支持。In response to some of the problems of re-sowing soybean in the Yili Valley,such as low yield and sowing quality,and insufficient application of high-performance no-till re-sowing soybean sowing machinery,the application experiment of mechanized technology for no tillage resowing soybean after wheat planting was carried out in Chabuchar Xibe Autonomous County of Yili Prefecture.This technology does not involve plowing and land preparation after wheat harvest.Instead,a no tillage precision seeder is used to complete tasks such as soil breaking and trenching,residue cleaning,single seed sowing,soil covering and compaction,and drip irrigation tape laying in one go.The results of field experiments show that the mechanized technology of no tillage resowing soybean after wheat planting can save 50 yuan an acre of mechanical plowing costs in conventional planting modes,while achieving 1 to 2 days of sowing in a hurry,increasing the effective utilization time of light and heat resources in replanted soybean,and increasing soybean yield by 8.84 kg an acre.The technology model can be replicated and promoted,which provides technical support for the realization of post-harvest rush resowing of winter wheat in resowing soybean planting counties of Yili Prefecture.
