摘　　要：针对烟叶复烤企业人工装卸烟包效率低、劳动强度大等问题,通过对现有卡车底盘加装立柱悬臂吊、传送带和十字滑台等部件的方式,设计出了移动式烟包装卸一体机,用于在复烤企业厂区内进行烟包装卸。分析显示,该设备可提高烟包装卸作业机械化程度,减小劳动强度,降低作业安全风险,并使用工数量由原来的每班7~10人减少至每班1人,作业效率提高至200包/h·人,综合效益显著。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and high labor intensity of manual loading and unloading of tobacco packet in tobacco redrying enterprises,a mobile tobacco packet loading and unloading integrated machine was designed for loading and unloading of tobacco packet in tobacco redrying enterprises by adding column cantilever crane,conveyor belt,cross slide and other components to the chassis of the existing trucks.Analysis shows that this equipment can improve the mechanization level of tobacco packet loading and unloading operations,reduce labor intensity,decrease the risk of operational safety,and reduce the number of workers from 7~10 per shift to 1 per shift.The work efficiency has been improved to 200 packages per hour per person,with significant comprehensive benefits.
