摘  要:基于粉末涂料在农机具工业涂装领域的综合优势,着重针对聚酯粉末涂料高温固化展开工艺优化研究,在提供粉末涂料固化所需最低能量,稳定质量的前提下,采用烘干温度-时间曲线来衡量固化过程,优化固化温度设定,提升热传导效率,降低设备建设和运营成本。Based on the comprehensive advantages of powder coating in the field of agricultural machinery industry coating,this study focuses on process optimization for high temperature curing of polyester powder coating.On the premise of providing the minimum energy required for powder coating curing and stabilizing quality,a drying temperature-time curve is used to measure the curing process,optimize the curing temperature setting,improve heat conduction efficiency,and reduce equipment construction and operation costs.
