摘　　要：为满足不同种植行距下的棉花采收需要,本文研发设计了能改变轮距的4MZ-4A自走式棉花收获机,介绍了其结构组成、工作原理、主要技术参数,并分析了其关键技术,通过试验证明该机作业性能优良,采净率为95%,籽棉含杂率为7.8%,撞落棉率为1.6%,籽棉含水率增加值不超过2.5%,各方面均能够满足采收作业指标需求。In order to meet the cotton harvesting needs under different planting row spacing,the 4MZ-4A self-propelled cotton harvester that can change the wheelbase was developed and designed in this paper.The structural composition,working principle,and main technical parameters were introduced,and its key technologies were analyzed.Through experiments,it had been proven that the machine has excellent operational performance,with the net recovery rate of 95%,the seed cotton impurity rate of 7.8%,the collision cotton rate of 1.6%,and the increase in the water content of seed cotton is not more than 2.5%.All aspects can meet the operational requirements for harvesting.
