摘 要:为改善Ti-16Nb高温形状记忆合金的力学性能,利用真空非自耗电弧炉熔炼了不同Al含量的Ti_(84-x)Nb_(16)Al_(x)(x=0,1,2,3)合金,并采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和万能材料试验机等研究了Al元素的加入及其含量对Ti-16Nb合金微观组织和力学性能的影响。研究发现,固溶态Ti_(84-x)Nb_(16)Al_(x)合金显微组织为母相β基体与其上弥散分布的大量针片状α''马氏体;加入适量的Al元素能够显著细化Ti_(84-x)Nb_(16)Al_(x)合金的晶粒尺寸;添加不超过3%(原子分数)的Al元素能够起到固溶强化和细晶强化的作用,显著提高Ti_(84-x)Nb_(16)Al_(x)合金的力学性能,并改善合金的形状记忆效应。In order to improve the mechanical properties of Ti-16Nb high temperature shape memory alloy,Ti_(84-x)Nb_(16)Al_(x)(x=0,1,2,3,6)alloys with different aluminum contents were melted using a vacuum non consumable arc furnace,and the effect of addition and content of aluminum element on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-16Nb alloy were studied by optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy and universal testing machine.The results show that the microstructure of Ti_(84-x)Nb_(16)Al_(x) alloy is composed of large amount ofα″martensitic phase and parent phase β matrix.Adding an appropriate amount of aluminum element can refine the grains of Ti_(84-x)Nb_(16)Al_(x) alloy.Adding no more than 3at.%aluminum element can achieve solid solution strengthening and grain refinement strengthening,significantly improving the mechanical properties of Ti_(84-x)Nb_(16)Al_(x) alloy and enhancing its shape memory effect.
