老年功能性便秘应用中药汤剂及穴位贴敷治疗的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究自拟老年便秘方加减联合穴位贴敷治疗老年功能性便秘的效果及安全性分析。方法:选取我院收治的80例符合纳入标准的老年功能性便秘病人,随机分成对照组和治疗组各40例。对照组患者使用自拟老年便秘方治疗,14天为一疗程。治疗组则采用自拟老年便秘方加减联合穴位贴敷治疗,14天为一疗程。对两组病人治疗前后生活质量采用便秘患者生存质量自评量表(PAC—QOL)加以评估,根据《中医病证诊断疗效标准》评定两组患者的疗效。结果:两组患者经14天治疗后,对照组有效率为75%,治疗组有效率为95%;两组便秘患者生存质量自评量表评分,治疗前无明显差异(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗14天后,对照组评分57.388.26,治疗组评分为41.158.13,治疗组明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:针对老年功能性便秘采用自拟老年便秘方加减联合穴位贴敷治疗能有效提升患者的生存质量,提高疗效。Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of modified senile constipation formula combined with acupoint application in the treatment of senile functional constipation.Methods:80 cases of senile functional constipation in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and treatment group(40 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with self-made elderly constipation prescription,14 days as a course of treatment.The treatment group was treated with modified senile constipation formula combined with acupoint application,14 days as a course of treatment.The quality of life(Qol)of the two groups was assessed with self-rating quality of life scale(PAC-QOL)before and after treatment,and the curative effect of the two groups was evaluated according to the standard of diagnosis and curative effect of disease and syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:After 14 days treatment,the effective rate of the control group was 75%,the effective rate of the treatment group was 95%.The two groups demonstrated comparable Qol scores on the self-rating scale,with no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the Qol score of the treatment group was 41.158.13,which was significantly better than the control group 57.388.26(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of modified senile constipation formula combined with acupoint can effectively improve the quality of life and enhance the efficacy of functional constipation in the elderly.
