摘  要:为筛选适应宜春市种植的低镉、富硒优良水稻品种,宜春市科学院2023年引进20个中稻品种,进行随机区组试验,分析比较各品种主要经济性状和产量构成、稻谷镉、稻谷硒含量,并进行了科学评价。结果表明:(1)产量方面,在宜春当地高产水稻栽培模式管理条件下,供试水稻品种的产量为8377.50~11640.00 kg/hm~2。(2)供试水稻品种稻谷硒含量范围为0.039~0.071 mg/kg,稻谷镉含量范围为0.018~0.31 mg/kg,稻谷镉元素富集系数为0.030~0.051。(3)宜春地区水稻种植的富硒低镉品种可选择臻两优8612,既符合低镉、富硒的产品生产标准,又符合当地气候生产条件对品种的特征要求,作为低镉富硒品种可在宜春市加大示范推广。To select superior rice varieties with low cadmium and high selenium content suitable for cultivation in Yichun,the Yichun Academy of Sciences introduced 20 mid-season rice varieties in 2023.A randomized block experiment was conducted to analyze and compare the main economic traits,yield components,cadmium and selenium content in the grains,and to provide a scientific evaluation.The results showed that:(1)In terms of yield,under the high-yield rice cultivation management conditions in Yichun,the yield of the tested rice varieties ranged from 8377.50 to 11640.00 kg/hm 2.(2)The selenium content in the grains of the tested rice varieties ranged from 0.039 to 0.071 mg/kg,while the cadmium content ranged from 0.018 to 0.310 mg/kg.The cadmium enrichment coefficient in the grains was between 0.03 and 0.051.(3)Under general management conditions,Zhenliangyou 8612 is recommended for cultivation in Yichun as it meets the production standards for low cadmium and high selenium content,as well as the climatic and production requirements of the region.This variety is suitable for large-scale demonstration and promotion in Yichun as a low-cadmium and high-selenium rice variety.
