摘  要:目的:探讨辱虐型指导方式对研究生科研绩效的预测作用及其内在机制。方法:2023年11月至2024年1月,采用辱虐型指导方式量表、科研焦虑量表、正念量表和科研绩效量表对浙江省四所高校(浙江工业大学、杭州师范大学、温州医科大学、温州大学)的622名研究生进行调查。结果:辱虐型指导方式对预测研究生的科研绩效有负向作用(r=-0.320,P<0.001)。科研焦虑在辱虐型指导方式与科研绩效关系中起部分中介作用,中介效应占比为42.50%。正念在辱虐型指导方式与科研焦虑中起调节作用(β=-0.128,P<0.001),正念水平越高,辱虐型指导方式对科研焦虑的正向预测作用越弱。正念在辱虐型指导方式对研究生科研绩效的影响过程中起调节作用(β=0.101,P<0.05),正念水平越高,辱虐型指导方式对科研绩效的负向预测作用越弱。结论:辱虐型指导方式通过科研焦虑影响研究生的科研绩效,并且该中介效应受到正念的调节。Objective:To explore the impact of abusive supervision on postgraduates’research performance and its underlying mechanism.Methods:A survey was conducted from November 2023 to January 2024 on 622 graduate students from four universities(Zhejiang University of Technology,Hangzhou Normal University,Wenzhou Medical University and Wenzhou University)in Zhejiang Province,using the Abusive Supervision Scale,Academic Anxiety Scale,Mindfulness Scale,and Research Performance Scale.Results:Abusive Supervision negatively predicted graduate students’research performance(r=-0.320,P<0.001).Academic Anxiety played a partial mediating role in the relationship between abusive supervision and research performance,with the mediating effect accounting for 42.50%.Mindfulness moderated the influence of abusive supervision on academic anxiety(β=-0.128,P<0.001).The higher mindfulness was,the weaker positive predictive effect of abusive supervision on academic anxiety became.Mindfulness also moderated the effect of abusive supervision on research performance(β=0.101,P<0.05).The higher mindfulness was,the weaker negative predictive effect of abusive supervision on research performance became.Conclusion:Abusive supervision influences postgraduates’research performance through academic anxiety,and the mediating effect is moderated by mindfulness.
