摘  要:通过引入条件特征融合与特征对齐增强技术,开发出一种基于条件特征引导与特征对齐增强的骶骨模板生成方法,旨在生成可靠且准确的骶骨模板。为验证其实际应用效果,研究共收集了953例中国老年人的骶骨影像数据,并据此构建了涵盖不同年龄段和性别特征的骶骨模板。实验结果显示,该方法相较于原有的VoxelMorph(VXM)方法,生成的模板在Dice系数上平均提升了3.5百分点,均方误差降低了9.9百分点,能够更准确地捕捉真实骶骨的形态特征。这一成果为老年人群骶骨相关疾病的预防、诊断及治疗规划提供了有力的支持。By introducing conditional feature fusion and feature alignment enhancement techniques,a novel method for sacrum template generation based on conditional feature guidance and feature alignment enhancement has been developed,aiming to generate reliable and accurate sacrum templates.To validate its practical application,the study has collected sacrum imaging data from 953 elderly Chinese individuals,based on which sacrum templates encompassing different age groups and gender characteristics are constructed.Experimental results demonstrate that,compared to the original VoxelMorph(VXM)method,the templates generated by the proposed method show an average improvement of 3.5 percentage points in the Dice coefficient and a reduction of 9.9 percentage points in the Mean Square Error,more accurately capturing the morphological features of the real sacrum.This achievement provides strong support for the prevention,diagnosis,and treatment planning of sacrum-related diseases in the elderly population.
