摘 要:【目的】探究季节变化对雷州半岛尾叶桉Eucalyptus urophylla人工林土壤有机碳组分和酶活性的影响,为桉树人工林碳库管理提供理论依据。【方法】以8年生尾叶桉人工林为研究对象,在2023年9月(湿季)和12月(干季)分土层采集土壤样品,测定土壤理化性质、酶活性以及有机碳组分,探明桉树人工林土壤有机碳组分含量和酶活性的季节变化,以及土壤有机碳组分在不同季节的关键调控因子。【结果】1)季节变化对尾叶桉人工林土壤碳组分含量有较大的影响,土壤总有机碳(SOC)、易氧化有机碳(ROC)、非活性有机碳(NLC)、微生物量碳(MBC)和可溶性有机碳(DOC)5种碳组分均为干季大于湿季;2)湿季土壤水解酶和氧化酶的比酶活性均高于干季;干季土壤水解酶和氧化酶的比酶活性均为表层土高于底层土,而湿季均为底层土高于表层土;3)季节变化改变了胞外酶活性对碳组分的作用,湿季桉树人工林土壤有机碳组分主要受到土壤水解酶的调控,而干季主要受到土壤氧化酶的调控;4)在湿季和干季土壤总磷(TP)对碳组分的解释度均较高,碳组分受到磷养分的影响较大。【结论】季节变化通过改变土壤全磷含量和微生物胞外酶活性来调控有机碳组分的含量。因此,在尾叶桉人工林的经营管理中,应定期监测土壤状况,特别是磷含量和微生物活性,以便及时调整管理措施,如调整施肥和灌溉策略,提升土壤固碳潜力。【Objective】In order to explore the effects of seasonal changes on soil organic carbon(SOC)components and enzyme activities of Eucalyptus urophylla in Leizhou Peninsula,and to provide theoretical basis for carbon pool management of Eucalyptus plantation.【Method】Soil samples were collected from 8-year-old Eucalyptus urophylla plantation in September(wet season)and December(dry season)of 2023,and soil physicochemical properties,enzyme activities,and SOC fractions were measured to understand the seasonal variations of SOC fractions and enzyme activities in Eucalyptus urophylla plantation,as well as the key factors regulating SOC fractions in different seasons.【Result】1)Seasonal changes had a great effect on the content of SOC fractions in Eucalyptus plantation,and the five carbon fractions of total SOC,readily oxidized carbon(ROC),non-labile carbon(NLC),microbial biomass carbon(MBC),and dissolved organic carbon(DOC)were greater in the dry season than in the wet season;2)The wet season had higher specific enzyme activities for hydrolytic enzymes and oxidative enzymes than the dry season.In the dry season,the specific enzyme activities for hydrolases and oxidases were higher in the topsoil than in the subsoil,whereas in the wet season,they were higher in the subsoil than in the topsoil;3)The seasonal changes altered the effects of extracellular enzyme activities on the carbon fractions,i.e.,in wet season SOC fractions in Eucalyptus plantation were mainly regulated by hydrolytic enzymes,while those in the dry season were mainly regulated by oxidative enzymes;4)Total soil phosphorus(TP)had a higher degree of explanation of carbon fractions in both the wet and dry seasons,and carbon fractions were more affected by phosphorus nutrients.【Conclusion】Seasonal changes regulate the content of organic carbon fractions by altering soil TP content and microbial extracellular enzyme activities.Therefore,in the management of Eucalyptus urophylla plantations,soil conditions should be regularly monitored,especially pho
