数字化转型背景下护理人才数字素养的培养途径

摘  要:讨论数字化转型背景下,提高护理人才数字素养的途径和方法。可以通过设计和开发与数字素养相关的课程或模块、建立护理数字化学习资源库、将虚拟仿真技术融入护理教育、在护理教育和护理工作中提供数字化护理实践机会等途径,以提升护理人才的数字素养和技能。此外,还建议构建完善的护理人才数字素养评价指标体系,以确保对护理人才数字素养的全面评估和提升。最后,要加强信息安全意识,培养护理人才对于数字化环境下信息安全风险的认知和防范能力。通过这些措施,可以有效提高护理人才在数字化转型中的适应能力和综合素质,最终提高护理人才的数字素养,为提供高质量的护理服务做出贡献。To discuss the approach and methods to improve the digital literacy of nursing personnel under the background of digital transformation.Digital literacy and skills of nursing personnels can be enhanced through the design and development of courses or modules related to digital literacy,the establishment of nursing digital learning resource base,the integration of virtual simulation and nursing education,and the provision of digital nursing practice opportunities in nursing education and nursing work.In addition,it is also suggested to construct a perfect evaluation index system for digital literacy of nursing personnels to ensure a comprehensive evaluation and improvement of digital literacy of nursing personnels.Finally,it is necessary to strengthen the awareness of information security and cultivate the ability of nursing personnels to recognize and prevent information security risks in the digital environment.These measures can effectively improve the adaptability and comprehensive quality of nursing personnels in the digital transformation,and ultimately improve the digital literacy of nursing personnels,so as to contribute to the provision of high-quality nursing services.
