摘　　要：推进医学院校思想政治教育现代化与中国式现代化建设协调统一,必须加快医学院校思想政治教育现代化步伐。从思想政治教育系统要素中的观念、内容与方法3个方面进行现代化建构,以观念现代化推进医学院校思想政治教育方向变革,以内容时代化促进医学院校思想政治教育任务落实,以方法数字化加快医学院校思想政治教育动力调整,以适应中国式现代化建设,推动医学生全面发展。It is necessary to accelerate the pace of modernization of Ideological&Political education in medical colleges to enhance the modernization of Ideological&Political education in medical colleges in coordination with the construction of Chinese-style modernization.The modernization of Ideological&Political education in medical colleges should be constructed from the concept,content and method of the Ideological&Political education system,so as to enhance the change of the direction of Ideological&Political education in medical colleges through the modernization of concepts,promote the implementation of the tasks of Ideological&Political education in medical colleges by content modernization,and speed up the adjustment of the dynamics of the Ideological&Political education in medical colleges through the digitization of the method to adapt to the modernization of the Chinese-style construction and to promote medical students'all-around development.
