摘 要:德育为先、医乃仁术的医学教育理念对医学院校思政课教师在课程思政建设中的作用发挥提出了新的要求。医学院校思政课教师参与课程思政建设是课程思政内涵的内在要求、是德医相融理念的直观体现,也是协同育人理念的实践要求。实践中,医学院校思政课教师参与课程思政建设的过程呈现项目化、短期化和年轻化的特征,同时面临缺乏系统规划、思政课教师与医学专业课教师存在沟通壁垒和缺乏思政课教师参与课程思政建设的激励机制等问题。为提升思政课教师参与课程思政建设效能,需要完善课程思政的顶层设计、构建思政课教师与医学专业课教师协作教研团队、建设思政课教师参与课程思政建设的激励机制。The medical education concept of putting moral education first and treating medicine with benevolence has put forward new requirements for the role of Ideological&Political course teachers in the Ideological&Political education construction in medical colleges.The participation of Ideological&Political course teachers in the construction of Idedogical&Political education in medical colleges is an inherent requirement of the connotation of Ideological&Political education,an intuitive manifestation of the concept of integrating morality and medicine,and a practical requirement of the concept of collaborative education.In practice,the process of Ideological&Political course teachers in medical colleges participating in Ideological&Political education construction presents characteristics of projectized,short-term,and youthful,while facing problems such as lack of systematic planning,communication barriers between Ideological&Political course teachers and medical course teachers,and a lack of incentive mechanisms for Ideological&Political course teachers to participate in Ideological&Political education construction.To enhance the effectiveness of Ideological&Political course teachers'participation in Ideological&Political education construction,it is necessary to improve the top-level design of Ideological&Political education,establish a collaborative research team between Ideological&Political course teachers and medical course teachers,and build an incentive mechanism for Ideological&Political course teachers to participate in Ideological&Political education construction.
