摘 要:目的探讨基于BOPPPS理论的情景模拟课堂对手术室护生教学效果的影响。方法选取桂林医学院第二附属医院2022年4月至2023年3月在手术室轮转实习的100名护生为研究对象,以2022年4月至2022年9月实习的护生为对照组(实施传统教学),以2022年10月至2023年3月实习的护生为试验组(实施基于BOPPPS理论的情景模拟课堂教学),每组50人。教学结束后,对两组护生进行理论与技能考核,并采用批判性思维能力测量表、自主学习能力测量表和教学满意度评价问卷进行问卷调查。结果试验组理论与技能考核成绩、批判性思维能力评分、自主学习能力评分和教学满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理教学中应用基于BOPPPS理论的情景模拟课堂,能提升护生的理论与技能成绩、自主学习能力和批判性思维能力以及教学满意度,提升手术室护理教学效果。Objective To explore the impact of scenario simulation classroom based on BOPPPS theory on the teaching effectiveness of nursing students in operating room.Methods 100 nursing students who completed rotating internships in the operating room of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University from April 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The nursing students who completed internships from April 2022 to September 2022 were selected as the control group(received traditional teaching),and the nursing students who completed internships from October 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the experimental group(received scenario simulation classroom teaching based on BOPPPS theory),with 50 students in each group.After the teaching,theoretical and skill assessments will be conducted on two groups of nursing students,and a questionnaire survey will be conducted with Critical Thinking Ability Measurement Form,Self-taught Ability Measurement Form,and Teaching Satisfaction Evaluation Questionnaire.Results The theoretical and skill assessment scores,critical thinking ability scores,self-taught ability scores,and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scenario simulation classroom based on BOPPPS theory in operating room nursing teaching can improve the theoretical and skill scores,self-taught ability,critical thinking ability,and nursing students'teaching satisfaction,and enhance the effectiveness of operating room nursing teaching.
