摘 要:目的了解“00后”本科护生实习后期职业认同感现状,分析其影响因素,为制订个体化的职业认同感培养策略提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2024年1—3月在广东省某三级甲等医院实习的100名“00后”本科护生作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表及职业认同感问卷对其进行调查。应用单因素分析及多元线性回归分析了解护生职业认同感的影响因素。结果“00后”本科护生职业认同感总分为(60.10±10.35)分,处于中等水平。单因素分析结果显示,性别、选择志愿的原因、是否独生子女、是否遭遇职业暴露或工作场所暴力、家庭中有无医疗行业工作者及有无参加社团是护生职业认同感的影响因素(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,性别、选择志愿的原因、是否遭遇职业暴露或工作场所暴力、家庭中有无医疗行业工作者是护生职业认同感的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论“00后”本科护生职业认同感处于中等水平,护理院校及临床带教教师应根据护生职业认同感的影响因素采取针对性的措施,增强护生的职业认同感,促进护生专业成长,加强护士队伍建设,提高护理服务质量。Objective To learn the status of professional identity among"post-2000s"nursing undergraduates at the end of internship,analyze influencing factors and provide a basis for formulating personalized strategies for cultivating professional identity.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 100"post-2000s"nursing undergraduates who interned at a Grade-A hospital in Guangdong Province from January to March 2024 as the research subjects.Conducted a survey on them with General Information Questionnaire and Professional Identity Questionnaire.Apply single factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to learn the influencing factors of nursing students'professional identity.Results The total score of professional identity among"post-2000s"nursing undergraduates is(60.10±10.35)score,which is at a moderate level.The results of the univariate analysis showed that gender,reasons for choosing a voluntary,being an only child or not,experiencing occupational exposure or workplace violence or not,having medical workers in the family or not,and participating in clubs or not were all factors influencing nursing students'professional identity(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,reasons for choosing a voluntary,experiencing occupational exposure or workplace violence or not,and having medical workers in the family or not were factors influencing nursing students'professional identity(P<0.05).Conclusion The professional identity of"post-2000s"nursing undergraduates is at a moderate level.Nursing colleges and clinical teaching teachers should take targeted measures based on the influencing factors of nursing students'professional identity,enhance the professional identity of nursing students,promote the professional growth of nursing students,strengthen the construction of the nursing team,and improve the quality of nursing services.
