中医药院校学生对《中医药法》的知信行调查——以广州中医药大学为例

摘　　要：目的了解中医药院校大学生对《中医药法》的知识、态度、行为特征及其影响因素,为《中医药法》普法工作提供依据。方法采用方便抽样,对广州中医药大学的学生进行问卷调查,并对数据进行统计学分析。结果广州中医药大学1075名大学生的《中医药法》知识知晓率较低(42.83%),但对《中医药法》的支持率较高(75.81%),落实《中医药法》的行为实践率中等偏上(69.40%)。其中,是否系统学习过《中医药法》是影响《中医药法》知识得分的重要因素(P<0.05),专业、是否听说过《中医药法》是《中医药法》态度和行为得分的影响因素(P<0.05),性别、年级是《中医药法》行为得分的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论建议拓宽校园普法活动开设的形式、丰富相关课程的内容,增进中医药院校学生对于《中医药法》的理解和实践,从而推动《中医药法》的实施。Objective To learn the knowledge,attitude and practice characteristics,and influencing factors of collegians in traditional Chinese medicine colleges towards the Chinese Medicine Law,and to provide a basis for the popularization of the Chinese Medicine Law.Methods Convenience sampling was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among students at Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,and statistical analysis was performed on the data.Results The knowledge awareness rate of the Chinese Medicine Law among 1075 collegians at Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine was relatively low(42.83%),but the support rate for the Chinese Medicine Law was high(75.81%),and the behavioral practice rate of implementing the Chinese Medicine Law was above average(69.40%).Among them,whether one has systematically studied the Chinese Medicine Law is an important factor affecting the knowledge score of the Chinese Medicine Law(P<0.05),major and whether one has heard of the Chinese Medicine Law is a factor affecting the attitude and behavior score of the Chinese Medicine Law(P<0.05),and gender and grade are factors affecting the behavior score of the Chinese Medicine Law(P<0.05).Conclusion It is recommended to broaden the forms of campus popularize laws activities,enrich the content of related courses,enhance the learning and practice of the Chinese Medicine Law among students in traditional Chinese medicine colleges,and thus promote the implementation of the Chinese Medicine Law.
