摘  要:目的探究高职护理专业学生在护理模拟实训课中的学习沉浸体验现状,并探讨影响学习沉浸体验的相关因素。方法采用方便抽样方法,选取416名贵州省某高职院校护理专业学生作为研究对象,运用技能操作过程流畅心理状态评定量表、学生学习满意度和自信心评估量表以及模拟教学设计评估量表收集数据。结果在高职护理专业学生护理模拟实训课中,学生的学习沉浸体验总分为(130.70±7.25)分,条目均分为(3.35±0.24)分。多因素回归分析显示,是否自愿报考护理专业、校内平均专业成绩、年级、倾向的学习方式、学习满意度和自信心、仿真性以及教学目标与信息是影响高职护理专业学生在护理模拟实训课中学习沉浸体验的相关因素(P<0.05),可解释总变异的40.8%。结论高职护理专业学生在护理模拟实训课中的学习沉浸体验程度处于较高水平。教师应该根据学生的能力和兴趣,对护理模拟实训课程进行针对性设计,进而提升学生的满意度和自信心,强化学生的学习沉浸体验,促使学生更加专注地投入学习,提高学生的学习效果和护理专业技能。Objective To investigate the status of higher vocational nursing students'immersion experience in learning of nursing simulation training course,and to explore the related factors affecting immersion experience in learning.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 416 nursing students from a higher vocational college in Guizhou Province as the research subjects,and data were collected by the Fluent Psychological State Assessment Scale for Skill Process,the Assessment Scale for Students'Learning Satisfaction and Self-confidence,and the Simulation Instructional Design Assessment Scale.Results In the nursing simulation training course for higher vocational nursing students,the total score of students'immersion experience in learning was(130.70±7.25)score,and the mean score of dimensions was(3.35±0.24)score.Multifactorial regression analysis showed that whether to voluntarily enroll in the nursing major or not,average major grade on campus,grade level,preferred learning style,learning satisfaction and self-confidence,simulation,and instructional objectives and information were the correlates that influenced the immersion experience in learning of higher vocational nursing students in nursing simulation training course(P<0.05),which could explain 40.8%of the total variance.Conclusion The level of immersion experience in learning of higher vocational nursing students in nursing simulation training course is at a high level.Teachers should design nursing simulation practical training course according to students'abilities and interests,so as to enhance students'satisfaction and self-confidence,strengthen students'immersion experience in learning,motivate students to devote themselves to learning more attentively,and improve students'learning effect and nursing professional skills.
