摘　　要：目的调查并了解系统性红斑狼疮患者社会疏离感现状并分析其影响因素。方法选取云南省第一人民医院2023年8月至2024年3月入院的80例系统性红斑狼疮患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、一般疏离感量表(GAS)调查其社会疏离感现状,用线性回归分析了解影响系统性红斑狼疮患者社会疏离感的因素。结果本研究80例系统性红斑狼疮患者社会疏离感得分为(41.64±3.92)分,文化程度、婚姻状态、家庭及社会支持、负性情绪是其社会疏离感的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论系统性红斑狼疮患者社会疏离感处于中等偏上水平,文化程度初中及以下、未婚、家庭及社会支持水平低及有负性情绪的患者社会疏离感较强,临床医护工作者应重视以上4类患者,做好心理疏导,采取个性化、精细化、精确性、科学性的护理干预措施,增强人文关怀,提高患者对疾病的认知,减轻患者社会疏离感,让其更好地回归家庭和融入社会。Objective To investigate and learn the status of social alienation in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and analyze influencing factors.Methods 80 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus admitted to the First People's Hospital of Yunnan Province from August 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects.The General Information Survey Form and General Alienation Scale(GAS)were used to investigate their social alienation status.Linear regression analysis was used to learn the factors affecting social alienation in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Results The social alienation score of 80 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus in this study was(41.64±3.92)score.Educational level,marital status,family and social support,and negative emotions were the main influencing factors of their social alienation(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus have a moderate to high level of social alienation,while those with a middle school education or below,unmarried,low family and social support,and negative emotions have a stronger sense of social alienation.Clinical healthcare workers should pay attention to these four types of patients,provide psychological counseling,adopt personalized,refined,precise,and scientific nursing interventions,enhance humanistic care,improve patients'learning of the disease,alleviate their social alienation,and enable them to return to their families and integrate into society better.
