摘 要:在我国临床医学专业型硕士研究生培养过程中实施并轨模式近10年,在具体实施过程中出现了一些问题,有必要对既往的并轨模式实施情况进行回顾性分析,因此,以外科学专业型硕士研究生并轨模式培养中现实存在的内在性矛盾为切入点,即系统性学习需求与集中学习时间不足间的矛盾、科研能力培养需求与专业导师所在科室培训时间有限间的矛盾、沉重的毕业压力与心理承受力间的矛盾,阐述人工智能为外科学专业型硕士研究生培养带来的机遇和挑战,并提出针对性的建议,以期完善我国临床医学专业型硕士研究生培养制度。In the nearly 10 years since the implementation of the parallel model in the training process of master of surgical specialist in China,some problems have arisen in the specific implementation process.It is necessary to conduct a retrospective analysis on the past implementation of the parallel model.Therefore,the internal contradictions that exist in the training of master of surgical specialist in the parallel model are taken as the starting,namely the contradiction between the systematic learning needs and the insufficient concentrated learning time,the contradiction between the research ability training needs and the limited training time of the professional mentor′s department,and the contradiction between the heavy graduated pressure and psychological endurance.This article elaborates on the opportunities and challenges that artificial intelligence brings to the training of master of surgical specialist,and puts forward targeted suggestions to improve the training system of master of surgical specialist′s students in China.
