摘　　要：目的 探讨魔学院平台联合工作坊应用于基层医院新入职护士岗前培训的效果。方法 按时间分段法,将80名新入职护士分为对照组和观察组,各40名,对照组按传统培训模式实施岗前培训,观察组采用魔学院平台联合工作坊方式实施培训,对比两组理论知识、操作技能考核成绩以及临床实践能力等培训效果和满意度。结果 培训后观察组理论知识、操作技能考核成绩,Mini-CEX评分及培训满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 应用魔学院平台联合工作坊方式对基层医院新入职护士进行岗前培训,有利于调动新入职护士学习的主动性和积极性,提高护士的理论知识和护理操作技能成绩、临床综合能力,提升其培训满意度。Objective To explore the effect of applying Magicdemy platform combine with workshop to pre-post training for newly employed nurses in grassroots hospitals.Methods According to the time segmentation method,80 newly employed nurses were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 in each group.The control group received pre-post training according to the traditional training model,while the observation group received training through combining workshop with Magicdemy platform.The nurses′ training effects and satisfaction in two groups were compared in terms of theoretical knowledge,operational skills examination scores,and clinical practice abilities.Results After training,the observation group had higher scores in theoretical knowledge,operational skills assessment,Mini-CEX score,and training satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of combining Magicdemy platform with workshops for newly employed nurses′ pre-post training in grassroots hospitals is beneficial in mobilizing their initiative and enthusiasm for learning,improving their theoretical knowledge and nursing operation skills,clinical comprehensive abilities,and enhancing their training satisfaction.
