摘　　要：随着物流行业数字化转型,平台自律性监管不足、政府监管滞后、信息不对称导致的违规行为频发等物流大数据平台监管问题日益凸显。文中首先对平台和政府监管策略进行了分析,构建了“平台企业-平台-政府”的信用监管机制,接着对物流大数据平台监管机制进行博弈论分析,找到平台自律和政府监管的平衡点,发现建立双重监管模式,将能够有效抑制平台企业的违规行为,实现各方收益均衡。最后,针对物流大数据平台监管机制的发展,提出明确监管规章制度、建立动态奖惩机制、优化数字物流监管职责、探索信用监管机制、构建多方协同的监管体系等对策建议。With the digital transformation of the logistics industry,the supervision problems of logistics big data platforms,such as insufficient platform self-regulatory supervision,lagging government supervision,and frequent violations caused by information asymmetry,have become increasingly prominent.This paper analyzed the platform s and the government s regulator strategies,built the credit supervision mechanism of“platform enterprise-platform-government”,then carried out game theory analysis on the logistics big data platform regulation mechanism,to find the balance of platform self-discipline and government regulation,and pointed out that establishing dual regulation mode will be able to effectively inhibit violations of the platform enterprise,realize the balance income.Finally,aiming at the development of the logistics big data platform,countermeasures and suggestions of clarifying the regulatory rules and regulations,establishing the dynamic reward and punishment mechanism,optimizing the digital logistics supervision responsibilities,exploring the credit supervision mechanism,and building a multi-party cooperative supervision system are put forward.
