摘 要:文中运用模糊综合评价模型对新能源汽车供应链进行了系统性评价。通过AHP方法确定环境、技术、市场、发展、政策五个维度的权重,并结合模糊综合评价模型计算各指标的隶属度。结果表明,环境和发展是最关键的一级指标,而双碳积分、危险废弃物占比和专利数量在各自类别中最为重要。基于评价结果,提出了针对性优化建议,如加强碳减排和废弃物处理技术研发、加大研发投入、优化市场营销策略、完善风险管理体系和政策支持体系,以提升新能源汽车供应链的整体韧性和竞争力。This paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to systematically evaluate the supply chain of new energy vehicles.The weights of the five dimensions of environment,technology,market,development and policy were determined through the AHP method,and the affiliation degree of each indicator was calculated by combining the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.The results show that environment and development are the most critical first-level indicators,while dual-carbon score,hazardous waste share and patent number are the most important in their respective categories.Based on the evaluation results,this paper puts forward targeted optimisation suggestions,including strengthening carbon emission reduction and the research and development of waste treatment technology,increasing R&D investment,optimising marketing strategies,and improving the risk management system and policy support system,in order to enhance the overall resilience and competitiveness of the supply chain of new energy vehicles.
