摘 要:为提高集装箱海铁联运班列组织的机动性与灵活性,研究根据船舶到港时间与数量、集装箱货物运输流向与时间要求等复杂运输需求特征动态开行的集装箱海铁联运班列运输组织模式,以降低货物在港堆存时间,提升海铁联运班列的服务质量。以开行班列运输集装箱货物的利润最大化为目标,综合考虑船舶及载运货物的到港时间、数量,港口腹地铁路集装箱运营线路网络,客户运输时间要求等现实因素,构建带有软时间窗约束的非线性混合整数规划模型。计算结果表明,开行4列动态集装箱海铁联运班列能够高效运输5艘船载运到港的460TEU集装箱,车流与货流组织效果好。In order to improve the flexibility and mobility of container sea-rail intermodal train organization,this study researches the transportation organization model of container sea-rail intermodal train that dynamically makes up based on the arrival time and quantity of ships,the transportation destination and time requirements of container cargo and other complex transportation demand characteristics,in order to reduce the time of cargo storage at the port and improve the service quality of sea-rail intermodal train.Maximizes the profit of operating container train was taken as the goal,a nonlinear mixed integer programming model with soft time window constraints is constructed,taking into account the real factors such as the arrival time and quantity of ships and cargo,the railway container operation network in the port hinterland,and the transportation time requirements of customers.The computational results show that to make 4 dynamic container sea-rail intermodal trains to transport 460 TEU containers carried by 5 ships has maximum transport.And vehicle flow and cargo flow are organized efficiently.
