摘 要:新冠病毒N末端结构域(N-terminal domain,NTD)特异性抗体在体外实验中可以表现出截然相反的功能,既可以中和病毒,又可以促进病毒感染.因此如何利用NTD抗体来对抗新冠病毒,需要系统深入地研究和思考.本文对当前新冠病毒NTD特异性抗体的特征和研究现状进行综述,重点阐明NTD抗体发挥不同功能与其识别表位的对应关系.面对新冠病毒突变株持续流行的现状,持续研究NTD抗体特征及功能,可进一步理解新冠病毒感染的抗体应答特征,为制定新型抗病毒策略提供重要理论基础.The SARS-CoV-2 N-terminal domain(NTD)-specific antibody exhibits quite different characteristics in vitro,aimed at combating viral infections.It can act either as a neutralizer,inhibiting virus entry into target cells,or as a helper,facilitating virus entry.Therefore,it is crucial to make good use of NTD-specific antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 infection.This review summarized the biological characteristics and current progress of NTD-specific antibodies,and addressed the relationship between their different functions and diverse binding epitopes.With the continuous emergence of various SARS-CoV-2 variants,it is very necessary to deeply study the NTD-specific antibodies.These studies will be useful for understanding the characteristics of antibody responses to SARS-CoV-2 infection,and provide theoretical basis for the development of antiviral strategies.
