摘  要:以气凝胶为主要原料,以玻璃微珠、气相二氧化硅为隔热骨料,配以高温黏结剂及其他功能填料制备了一种绝热涂料,通过单因素实验探讨了气凝胶、玻璃微珠、气相二氧化硅对干密度的影响。结果表明:SiO_(2)气凝胶绝热涂料最佳组分为SiO_(2)气凝胶用量8%、玻璃微珠用量70%、气相二氧化硅用量5%。同时玻璃纤维用量为5%、其他功能填料用量为12%时,SiO_(2)气凝胶绝热材料100℃时导热系数为0.038 6 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),当热源200℃、材料厚度为2 cm时,其隔热温差为97.7℃,压缩强度为0.567 MPa。该气凝胶绝热涂料不仅隔热效果好、密度低,还有一定机械强度。A kind of thermal insulation coating was prepared with aerogel as the main raw material,glass beads and fumed silica as the thermal insulation aggregate,and high temperature binder and other functional fillers.The effects of aerogel,glass beads and fumed silica on the dry density were discussed by single factor experiment.The results showed that the optimal composition of SiO_(2) aerogel insulation coating was SiO_(2) aerogel 8%,glass bead 70%,fumed silica 5%.Meanwhile,when the content of glass fiber was 5%and the content of other functional fillers was 12%,the thermal conductivity of SiO_(2) aerogel insulation material was 0.0386 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1) at 100℃,and when the heat source was 200℃and the thickness of the material was 2 cm,the thermal insulation temperature difference was 97.7℃,and the compressive strength was 0.567 MPa.The aerogel insulation coating not only had good heat insulation effect and low density,but also had certain mechanical strength.
