摘 要:采用两步法,利用六氟二酐、3,5-二氨基苯甲酸和二氨基二苯醚进行缩聚,制备了可修饰的聚酰亚胺(PI)。进一步通过接枝方法合成了组胺功能化的新型聚酰亚胺(H-PI)。对制备的PI和H-PI进行了FT-IR和热稳定分析,结果表明组胺成功地接枝到PI上,并且功能化后H-PI的热稳定有所提高。通过溶剂挥发法制备了致密的PI和H-PI膜,对其进行了SEM和XRD表征。结果表明,制备的膜材料均具有光滑平整的表面和致密的内部结构。XRD分析结果表明,聚酰亚胺分子链的层间距由最初PI的0.587 nm降低到H-PI的0.527 nm,说明功能基团组胺能够调控分子链间的作用力。对制备的膜材料进行了气体渗透性能测试,考察了其对CO_(2)、N_(2)和CH_(4)的气体渗透分离性能。结果表明,2种膜均呈现较高的CO_(2)渗透通量,并且组胺功能化后表现出更大的选择性,即CO_(2)/CH_(4)和CO_(2)/N_(2)的选择性由PI的19.52和16.44增大到H-PI的28.00和27.00。Modified polyimide(PI)was prepared by polycondensation of hexafluorodianhydride,3,5-diaminobenzoic acid and diaminodiphenyl ether by two-step process.Furthermore,a novel polyimide(H-PI)functionalized with histamine was synthesized by grafting.FT-IR and thermal stability analysis of PI and H-PI were performed.The results showed that histamine was successfully grafted onto PI,and the thermal stability of H-PI was improved after functionalization.The dense PI and H-PI membranes were prepared by solvent evaporation and characterized by SEM and XRD.The results showed that the prepared membrane materials had smooth surface and dense internal structure.XRD analysis showed that the layer spacing of polyimide molecular chains was reduced from 0.587 nm in the initial PI to 0.527 nm in the H-PI,indicating that the functional group histamine can regulate the force between molecular chains.The gas permeation performance of the membrane material was also tested,and its gas permeation separation performance for CO_(2),N_(2) and CH_(4) was investigated.The results showed that both membranes showed higher CO_(2) permeation flux and greater selectivity after histamine functionalization,that was the selectivity of CO_(2)/CH_(4) and CO_(2)/N_(2) increased from 19.52 and 16.44 for PI to 28.00 and 27.00 for H-PI.
