摘  要:针对现有四氯苯醌生产工艺的废水多、环保成本高的问题,对精制工序进行了优化,固态粗品经一次水洗处理,一次30%甲醇水溶液洗涤处理,最后烘干后得到质量分数99.6%以上的四氯苯醌精品,总收率(以对苯二酚计)97.3%以上。不改变原有的合成路线,优化后的废水量得到显著降低,降低了环保压力,选用的甲醇水溶液危险性低且可回收利用,使产品质量提升的同时,也在安全条件上满足了企业对现有工艺的改进需求。In order to solve the problems of the existing production process of chlorine,such as a lot of wastewater and high environmental protection cost,the refining process was optimized.The solid crude product was washed by water once,washed by 30%methanol aqueous solution once,and finally dried to obtain the chlorine with mass fraction of more than 99.6%,and the total yield(measured by hydroquinone)was more than 97.3%.Without changing the original synthesis route,the optimized wastewater volume was significantly reduced,reducing the pressure of environmental protection.The selected methanol aqueous solution had low risk and could be recycled,so that the product quality was improved at the same time,and the enterprise's demand for improvement of the existing process in terms of safety conditions was also met.
