摘  要:针对服装中游离甲醛会对人体健康产生不利影响的难题,以废弃服饰为原料,采用胶原、铬酸等对聚氨酯材料进行改性,制备出2种新型的聚氨酯阻聚剂,并考察其结构及缓凝特性。同时设计合成2类新型PU鞣剂,并对其结构与鞣性进行研究,以其在制革过程中降低其游离甲醛,并简化制革工艺,达到“鞣除醛”的目的。将CAGAPU应用于醛鞣革的鞣制工艺中,比较了收缩温度、机械强度、感官性能、扫描电镜形态以及酸、醛、聚氨酯、CAGAPU、市售鞣革中的甲醛质量分数等参数。结果表明:CAGAPU在皮革中的添加量为12%时CAGAPU鞣制体系可显著提高皮张的收缩温度、改善感官性能,CAGAGAPU从291.78μg·kg^(-1)改进到55.23μg·kg^(-1),甲醛质量分数由295.62μg·kg^(-1)降至52.02μg·kg^(-1),游离甲醛去除率为82.40%;CAGAPU鞣制体系可得到明显改善,为解决服饰工业中游离甲醛的清洁生产问题提供新的思路。Aiming at the problem that free formaldehyde in garments adversely affect human health,two new types of polyurethane polyurethane blocking agents were prepared by modifying polyurethane materials with collagen and chromic acid as raw materials from waste garments,and their structures and retardation properties were investigated.At the same time,two new types of PU tanning agents were designed and synthesized,and their structures and tanning properties were investigated to reduce the free formaldehyde in the tanning process and simplify the tanning process,so as to achieve the purpose of‘tanning and aldehyde removal’.CAGAPU was applied to the tanning process of aldehyde-tanned leather,and parameters such as shrinkage temperature,mechanical strength,organoleptic properties,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)morphology,as well as the mass fractions of acid,aldehyde,polyurethane,CAGAPU,and formaldehyde in the commercially available tanning leather were compared.The results showed that,the CAGAPU tanning system with 12%CAGAPU addition to the leather significantly increased the shrinkage temperature and improved^(-1) the organoleptic properties of the hides,the CAGAPU improved from 291.78μg·kg to 55.23μg·kg^(-1),the formaldehyde mass fraction^(-1) was reduced from 295.62μg·kg to 52.02μg·kg^(-1),and the free formaldehyde removal rate was 82.40%;the tanning system of CAGAGAPU can be significantly improved,providing a new idea for solving the problem of clean production of free formaldehyde in apparel industry.
