硼酚醛树脂/玄武岩纤维复合材料的制备及性能测试

摘  要:采用水杨醇法制备硼酚醛树脂(BPF),通过红外光谱和高分辨质谱推测出产物结构,并进行热失重及示差扫描量热分析。采用层压成型的方法制备硼酚醛树脂/玄武岩纤维(BPF/CBFTC)复合材料,通过SEM观察其表面形貌,并进行力学性能及绝缘性能测试。结果表明:在BPF树脂合成过程中硼酸与水杨醇醇羟基的反应活性更高;BPF树脂玻璃化转变温度为61℃,固化温度为160℃,N_(2)气氛下以5℃·min^(-1)升温至800℃仍有47.4%的质量残留率。BPF/CBFTC复合材料拉伸强度为319.3 MPa,弯曲强度为255.4 MPa,在人造海水中长期浸泡仍具有良好的电绝缘性能。Boron phenolic resin(BPF)was prepared using salicylic alcohol method,and the product structure was speculated through infrared spectroscopy and high-resolution mass spectrometry.Thermal weight loss and differential scanning calorimetry analysis were performed.Boron phenolic resin/basalt fiber(BPF/CBFTC)composite material was prepared by lamination molding method,and its surface morphology was observed by SEM,and mechanical and insulation properties were tested.The results showed that the reaction activity between boric acid and salicylic alcohol hydroxyl groups was higher during the synthesis of BPF resin;The glass transition temperature of BPF resin is 61℃,the curing temperature is 160℃,and there is still 47.4%mass residue rate when heated to 800℃at 5℃·min^(-1) in N_(2) atmosphere.The tensile strength of BPF/CBFTC composite material is 319.3 MPa,and the bending strength is 255.4 MPa.It still has good electrical insulation performance after long-term immersion in artificial seawater.
