摘　　要：研制了一种非树脂、耐盐雾型水基防锈乳液,为水基产品,油性物质成膜,成膜均匀稳定,防锈性好等特点。文章对水基防锈乳液防锈机理进行了简单分析,该防锈乳液应用到黑色金属上有着优秀的防锈性和可清洗性,尤其在耐盐雾性能上有着良好的表现,实验室应用SPCC材质冷轧板进行实验,耐盐雾性能达到24 h无锈,湿热30 d以上无锈蚀。Developed a non-resin type,salt spray-resistant water-based antirust emulsion,water-based products,oil-based substances into the film,film formation is uniform and stable,good rust resistance and other characteristics.The article on the water-based antirust emulsion rust prevention mechanism was briefly analyzed,the antirust emulsion applied to ferrous metals has excellent rust resistance and washability,especially in the salt spray resistance has a good performance,the laboratory application of the SPCC material cold rolled plate experiments,salt spray resistance to 24h no rust,more than 30 days of heat and humidity no corrosion.
