摘 要:笔者基于SiO_(2)-CaO-MgO体系烧结助剂,研究了单一成分变量对氧化铝(Al_(2)O_(3))陶瓷致密化及其力学性能的影响。结果表明,当SiO_(2)的含量从2.81wt%增加至4.81wt%时,Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷中气孔逐渐增多,硬度从14.7 GPa减少到13.8 GPa,韧性从2.4 MPa·m^(1/2)降低到2.1 MPa·m^(1/2);当CaO的含量从0.58wt%增加到1.18wt%时,陶瓷的气孔逐渐减少,硬度从14.4 GPa降低到13.8 GPa,降低了4.2%,而韧性从2.3 MPa·m^(1/2)提升到2.7 MPa·m^(1/2),提升了17.4%。This study investigated the effect of a single compositional variable on the densification and mechanical properties of alumina(Al_(2)O_(3))ceramics based on the SiO_(2)-CaO-MgO sintering additive system.The results showed that as the SiO_(2)content increased from 2.81wt%to 4.81wt%,the porosity in Al_(2)O_(3)ceramics gradually increased,while hardness decreased from 14.7 GPa to 13.8 GPa,and toughness decreased from 2.4 MPa·m^(1/2)to 2.1 MPa·m^(1/2).When the CaO content increased from 0.58wt%to 1.18wt%,the porosity gradually decreased,hardness dropped from 14.4 GPa to 13.8 GPa(a reduction of 4.2%),while toughness increased from 2.3 MPa·m^(1/2)to 2.7 MPa·m^(1/2)(an increase of 17.4%).
