摘　　要：目的:探究硫酸特布他林联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗小儿呼吸道合胞病毒感染的效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月贵州医科大学第二附属医院儿科收治的121例呼吸道合胞病毒感染患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组(60例)和观察组(61例)。对照组采用常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用硫酸特布他林联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗。对比两组临床疗效、炎性因子水平、免疫功能指标、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.037);治疗后,两组降钙素原、白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平降低,观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组免疫球蛋白E水平降低,免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M水平升高,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:硫酸特布他林联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗呼吸道合胞病毒感染患儿的效果较好,能够降低炎性因子水平,提高免疫力,安全可行。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of terbutaline sulfate combined with interferon nebulization in the treatment of pediatric respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)infection.Methods:A total of 121 pediatric patients with RSV infection admitted to the Department of Pediatrics at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(60 cases)and an observation group(61 cases).The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment,while the observation group was additionally treated with terbutaline sulfate combined with interferon nebulization.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors,immune function indicators,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.037).After treatment,the levels of procalcitonin,interleukin-6,C-reactive protein,and tumor necrosis factor-αdecreased in both groups,with the observation group showing lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).Post-treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin E decreased,while the levels of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G,and immunoglobulin M increased in both groups,with the observation group demonstrating better outcomes than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Terbutaline sulfate combined with interferon nebulization is effective in treating pediatric RSV infection,reducing inflammatory factor levels,enhancing immune function,and is safe and feasible.
