摘　　要：目的:对比缬沙坦分别联合氨氯地平和氢氯噻嗪治疗老年高血压的效果。方法:选择2022年10月—2023年10月北京市房山区大石窝镇社区卫生服务中心收治的86例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各43例。对照组应用缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗,试验组应用缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗。对比两组血压水平及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组收缩压、舒张压水平对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压水平下降,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的效果优于缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪,血压控制效果更佳,且未增加不良反应发生风险。Objective:To compare the effectiveness of valsartan combined with amlodipine versus hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of elderly hypertension.Methods:A total of 86 elderly patients with hypertension treated at the Beijing Fangshan District Dashiwo Town Community Health Service Center,from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide,while the experimental group was treated with valsartan combined with amlodipine.Blood pressure levels and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups showed a reduction in systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels,with the experimental group exhibiting lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan combined with amlodipine is more effective in treating elderly hypertension than valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide,providing better blood pressure control without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.
