东莞市社区老年人群心脏代谢指数与高尿酸血症的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨心脏代谢指数(CMI)与高尿酸血症(HUA)的关联性,并评估CMI预测HUA患病风险的能力。方法:回顾性分析东莞市洪梅镇和道滘镇2024年度7159名老年人体检数据,使用Logistic回归分析评估CMI与HUA的关系,并通过受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评估CMI预测HUA的效能。结果:7159名研究对象中,2768名患HUA,4391名未患HUA。两组年龄、饮酒率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组性别、高血压及糖尿病患病率、锻炼情况、吸烟率、体质量指数、腰围、腰高比、肾小球滤过率水平、CMI比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,CMI与HUA患病风险增加有关。ROC曲线分析表明,CMI具有中等的HUA患病风险预测能力。结论:CMI能够较好地预测东莞市老年人群体的HUA风险。Objective:To investigate the correlation between Cardiac Metabolic Index(CMI)and Hyperuricemia(HUA)and to evaluate the ability of CMI to predict the risk of HUA.Methods:Retrospective analysis of physical examination data from 7,159 elderly individuals in Hongmei Town and Daojiao Town of Dongguan City in 2024.Logistic regression analysis was used to assess the relationship between CMI and HUA,and the Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC)curve was employed to evaluate the predictive efficacy of CMI for HUA.Results:Among the 7159 subjects,2768 had HUA and 4391 did not.There was no significant difference in age and alcohol consumption rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Significant differences were observed in gender,prevalence of hypertension and diabetes,exercise habits,smoking rate,body mass index,waist circumference,waistto-height ratio,glomerular filtration rate,and CMI(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that CMI was associated with an increased risk of HUA.ROC curve analysis demonstrated that CMI has a moderate ability to predict the risk of HUA.Conclusion:CMI can effectively predict the risk of HUA in the elderly population of Dongguan.
