连花清瘟颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦胶囊治疗急性上呼吸道感染的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察连花清瘟颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦胶囊治疗急性上呼吸道感染的效果。方法:选取临沧市传染病医院(临沧市人民医院感染性疾病科)2022年10月—2023年10月收治的急性上呼吸道感染患者86例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组予以连花清瘟颗粒治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以磷酸奥司他韦胶囊治疗。对比两组临床效果、临床症状消失时间、生命体征、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.034)。观察组头痛、发热、咽痛、咳嗽咳痰消失时间短于对照组(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组心率、血氧饱和度对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组心率降低,血氧饱和度升高,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:连花清瘟颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦胶囊治疗急性上呼吸道感染效果较好,可改善患者临床症状,调节各项生命体征,且用药安全性较高。Objective:To observe the efficacy of Lianhua Qingwen Granules combined with Oseltamivir Phosphate Capsules in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infections.Methods:A total of 86 patients with acute upper respiratory tract infections admitted to the Lincang Infectious Disease Hospital(Infectious Diseases Department of Lincang People's Hospital),from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Lianhua Qingwen Granules,while the observation group received Oseltamivir Phosphate Capsules in addition to the treatment given to the control group.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,vital signs,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.034).The disappearance times of headache,fever,sore throat,cough,and expectoration in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in heart rate and oxygen saturation between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,heart rate decreased and oxygen saturation increased in both groups,with the observation group showing better results than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Lianhua Qingwen Granules and Oseltamivir Phosphate Capsules is effective in treating acute upper respiratory tract infections,improving clinical symptoms,regulating vital signs,and demonstrating high drug safety.
