摘　　要：目的:探讨定咳汤治疗顽固性感染后咳嗽的临床效果。方法:选取2022年8月—2024年1月于上海市静安区大宁路街道社区卫生服务中心、上海市静安区中心医院、上海市静安区石门二路街道社区卫生服务中心接受治疗的180例顽固性感染后咳嗽患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(定咳汤加减治疗)和对照组(复方甲氧那明治疗),各90例。比较两组治疗效果、咳嗽严重程度及生活质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.004)。治疗前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组心理、生理、社会评分及总分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组心理、生理、社会评分及总分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:定咳汤治疗顽固性感染后咳嗽的效果确切,可缓解咳嗽症状,提高患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Dingke Decoction in treating intractable post-infectious cough.Methods:A total of 180 patients with intractable post-infectious cough treated at Shanghai Jing'an District Daning Road Community Health Service Center,Shanghai Jing'an District Central Hospital,and Shanghai Jing'an District Shimen Er Road Community Health Service Center in Shanghai from August 2022 to January 2024 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into an observation group(treated with Dingke Decoction with modifications)and a control group(treated with compound methoxyphenamine),with 90 cases in each group.The treatment efficacy,cough severity,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P=0.004).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing a greater reduction compared to the control group(P<0.001).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in psychological,physiological,social scores,or total scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,these scores increased in both groups,with the observation group showing higher improvements compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dingke Decoction demonstrates significant efficacy in treating intractable post-infectious cough,effectively alleviating cough symptoms and improving patients’quality of life.
