摘　　要：目的:探究针灸配合经颅直流电刺激治疗在脑出血恢复期的应用效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2024年3月北京中医医院怀柔医院收治的120例脑出血恢复期患者为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例)。对照组采用经颅直流电刺激治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合针灸治疗。比较两组认知功能、运动能力、生活质量评分及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组简易精神状态检查量表评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组简易精神状态检查量表评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组上肢、下肢Fugel-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组上肢、下肢Fugel-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组健康调查简表评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组健康调查简表评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.001)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:针灸配合经颅直流电刺激治疗在脑出血恢复期的应用效果显著,可促进患者认知功能、运动能力恢复,改善生活质量,且未增加不良反应发生风险。Objective:To investigate the application effect of acupuncture combined with transcranial direct current stimulation in the recovery period of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 120 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the recovery period,admitted to Huairou Hospital of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to March 2024,were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=60)and an observation group(n=60)using a random number table.The control group received transcranial direct current stimulation treatment,while the observation group received acupuncture combined with transcranial direct current stimulation.Cognitive function,motor ability,quality of life scores,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the Mini-Mental State Examination scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Mini-Mental State Examination scores of both groups increased,with the observation group scoring higher than the control group(P<0.001).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the Fugel-Meyer Assessment scores for upper and lower limbs between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Fugel-Meyer Assessment scores for upper and lower limbs in both groups increased,with the observation group scoring higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the Short Form Health Survey scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Short Form Health Survey scores of both groups increased,with the observation group scoring higher than the control group(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with transcranial direct current stimulation has a significant application effect in the recovery period of cerebral hemorrhage,promoting the recovery of cognitive function and motor ability,improving qual
