养心益气通脉汤联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病合并快速型心律失常的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析养心益气通脉汤联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病合并快速型心律失常的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月大连市沙河口区黑石礁由家村社区卫生服务中心收治的100例冠心病合并快速型心律失常患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组予以美托洛尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合养心益气通脉汤治疗。比较两组心功能指标水平、中医证候积分及治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径减小,左心室射血分数升高,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组胸闷、胸痛、气短、心悸、头晕、神疲乏力、面色㿠白评分及总分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.025)。结论:养心益气通脉汤联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病合并快速型心律失常的效果显著,可改善患者心功能,缓解临床症状。Objective To analyze the effect of Yangxin Yiqi Tongmai Decoction combined with Metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with tachyarrhythmia.Methods:A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with tachyarrhythmia admitted to Dalian Shahekou District Heishijiao Youjiacun Community Health Service Center from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Metoprolol,while the observation group was treated with Yangxin Yiqi Tongmai Decoction in addition to the control group's treatment.The cardiac function indicators,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and treatment efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic diameter decreased,and the left ventricular ejection fraction increased in both groups,with the observation group showing better results than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores for chest tightness,chest pain,shortness of breath,palpitation,dizziness,fatigue,pale complexion,and the total score decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.025).Conclusion:The combination of Yangxin Yiqi Tongmai Decoction and Metoprolol is effective in treating coronary heart disease complicated with tachyarrhythmia,improving cardiac function,and alleviating clinical symptoms.
