摘　　要：目的:探讨埋针疗法对肝癌肝切除术患者胃肠道功能恢复情况的影响。方法:选取2023年1—12月于桂林医学院附属医院行肝切除术的肝癌患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组使用术后常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上应用埋针疗法。对比两组术后恢复指标、并发症发生情况、中医证候积分。结果:观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间、首次下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.001);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.007);术后5 d,两组腹痛、腹胀、乏力、纳差评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:埋针疗法可促进肝癌肝切除术患者胃肠功能恢复,缓解症状,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To investigate the effect of catgut embedding therapy on gastrointestinal function recovery in patients undergoing hepatectomy for liver cancer.Methods:A total of 80 patients with liver cancer who underwent hepatectomy at the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University from January to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine postoperative interventions,while the observation group was treated with catgut embedding therapy in addition to the routine interventions.Postoperative recovery indicators,complication rates,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group had shorter times to bowel sound recovery,first flatus,first defecation,first ambulation,and hospital stay compared to the control group(P<0.001).The total complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.007).At 5 days postoperatively,scores for abdominal pain,abdominal distension,fatigue,and poor appetite decreased in both groups,with lower scores in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Catgut embedding therapy can promote gastrointestinal function recovery,alleviate symptoms,and reduce complication rates in patients undergoing hepatectomy for liver cancer.
